Care of underground magazines and portable storage boxes
126An employer shall ensure that each underground magazine or portable storage box is
(a)
in the charge of a competent person,
(b)
not used for the storage of materials other than explosives,
(c)
kept orderly, clean and free of rubbish,
(d)
equipped with adequate fire protection, and
(e)
kept locked at all times when an attendant is not present.
