2(1)The Minister shall, in accordance with section 3, assign civic addresses to residences and businesses located in areas of the Province that are outside the territorial limits of a local government.
2(2)Every local government shall
(a)
in accordance with section 3, assign civic addresses to residences and businesses located in the local government, and
(b)
provide to the Minister the civic addresses of residences and businesses located in the local government assigned under paragraph (a).
2(1)The Minister shall, in accordance with section 3, assign civic addresses to residences and businesses located in areas of the Province that are outside the territorial limits of a municipality.
2(2)Every municipality shall
(a)
in accordance with section 3, assign civic addresses to residences and businesses located in the municipality, and
(b)
provide to the Minister the civic addresses of residences and businesses located in the municipality assigned under paragraph (a).
