Preliminary Registration Procedure
66A registrant who wishes to register a notice of an order in respect of household goods made under subsection 27(3) or paragraph 23(1)(d) of the Marital Property Act shall indicate
(a)
that the registrant wishes to have access to the Registry to effect a registration,
(b)
that the registrant wishes to enter a registration, and
(c)
that the registrant wishes to register a
Marital Property Act household goods order.
