Preliminary Registration Procedure
57A registrant who wishes to register a notice of a certificate under this Part shall indicate
(a)
that the registrant wishes to have access to the Registry to effect a registration,
(b)
that the registrant wishes to enter a registration, and
(c)
that the registrant wishes to register an
Employment Standards Act employees’ lien.
