Preliminary Registration Procedure
16A registrant who wishes to register a financing statement in relation to a security interest under the Act shall indicate
(a)
that the registrant wishes to have access to the Registry to effect a registration,
(b)
that the registrant wishes to enter a registration, and
(c)
that the registrant wishes to register a PPSA financing statement.
