Exemptions for ferry, train or vehicle
3.1The following provisions do not apply to a place of employment that is a ferry, a train or a vehicle used or likely to be used by an employee:
(a)
the definition “blasting operation”;
(b)
subsections 5(1), (2) and (3);
(d)
subsections 12(1), (2), (3) and (4);
