Notification of authority for electrical utility line or equipment
370An employer shall notify the authority owning or operating an energized electrical utility line or utility line equipment of the intention to work closer to the electrical utility line or utility equipment than the distances specified in subsection 289(1), the location of the planned work and the time and duration of the planned work before any such work is done.
