Re-energizing of de-energized electrical distribution or transmission system
293An employer shall ensure that a de-energized electrical distribution or transmission system or any part of it is not re-energized until the employer
(a)
determines that all employees are clear of the work areas and have been instructed to remain clear, and
(b)
has authorized the re-energizing of the electrical distribution or transmission system or the part in question.
