247An employer shall ensure that the access doors in the guards or enclosures to tumbler drums are, if there is a potential hazard to an employee, fitted with interlocks that will
(a)
prevent the access doors from opening while the drums are rotating, or
(b)
disconnect the power from the driving mechanism causing the drums to stop if the doors are opened.
