37(1)Not later than the thirty-first day of July in each year, an operator shall submit to the Minister financial statements for the preceding fiscal year, audited by a practising public accountant acceptable to the Minister.

37(2)The financial statements of a nursing home submitted under subsection (1) shall be in a form acceptable to the Minister and shall provide detailed information concerning the total revenue, including the type and amount of provincial contributions, and all expenditures.
