25(1)An operator shall ensure compliance with the physical standards set out in sections 25 to 33 except as otherwise indicated.

25(2)Notwithstanding subsection (1), an operator may make application to the Minister for an exemption with respect to specific provisions in sections 25 to 33 which, upon approval, shall be listed on the face of the licence.
