16.1The following guidelines are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 6.3(6) of the Act:
(a)
at least three members of the Board shall be from the private occupational training sector; and
(b)
a person, to be eligible to be appointed as a member of the Board from the private occupational training sector, shall be the operator of a training organization.
