77A respondent shall reply by filing his reply in quadruplicate in Form C-3 of Schedule C not later than the sixth day after
(a)
the day on which the Secretary served the respondent with the notice of complaint, where the notice of complaint was served in person, or
(b)
the day immediately following the day on which the Secretary mailed a notice of complaint to the respondent, where the notice of complaint was served by registered mail.
