7If the Board wishes to summon and enforce the attendance of a witness under section 21 of the Act, it shall serve the witness with a summons.

7Where the Board wishes to summon and enforce the attendance of a witness under section 22 of the Act, it shall serve that witness with a summons in Form R-14 of Schedule A.
