12Every document required to be filed in respect of any proceeding before the Board under this Part shall be filed with the Board within the times herein limited or mailed by registered mail addressed to the Board at its office at 200 Prospect Street, P.O. Box 146, Fredericton, New Brunswick, E3B 4Y2, not later than the expiration of the respective applicable times.
