7(1)The Minister may issue a permit to the holder of a resident or non-resident fur trader’s licence, a fur harvester’s licence, a rabbit licence, a minor’s fur harvester’s licence or a minor’s rabbit licence, authorizing the holder to have possession of or to keep in cold storage the parts of carcasses of fur bearing animals or the pelts of fur bearing animals.

7(2)The Minister may issue a permit to the holder of a resident or non-resident fur trader’s licence, authorizing the holder to have possession of or to keep in cold storage the parts of carcasses of fur bearing animals that the fur trader is authorized under the Act and this Regulation to buy, offer for sale or barter, sell, barter for or export.
