4.3For the purposes of the Act and this Regulation, the parts of the carcass of wildlife that may be bought, offered for sale or barter, sold, bartered for or exported are the claws, teeth, urine, tail, prepared pelt and scent glands of fur bearing animals that have been lawfully taken under the Act.
