19Licences or permits issued under Regulation 80-151 that are valid immediately prior to the coming into force of this Regulation shall be deemed to be licences or permits issued under the Act and as such shall be subject to the rights, terms and conditions of this Regulation and all rights, terms and conditions to which such licences are subject under Regulation 80-151 shall expire at the time of the coming into force of this Regulation.
