16.1Despite section 13 of this Regulation and subject to subsection 33(2) of the Act, the Minister may issue a permit that entitles the holder to train either or both, at any time except at night,
(a)
hounds to hunt bobcat and fox, and
(b)
dogs of any breed to hunt rabbit (varying hare).
16.1Notwithstanding section 13 of this Regulation and subject to subsection 33(2) of the Act, the Minister may issue a permit that entitles the holder to train hounds, at any time except at night, to hunt bobcat, fox or rabbit (varying hare).
