15(1)Notwithstanding section 13, the Minister may issue a permit to a person who is the holder of a fur harvester’s licence or a minor’s fur harvester’s licence that entitles the holder of the permit to hunt bobcat or fox with a hound or hounds or rabbit (varying hare) with a dog or dogs of any breed during the day in accordance with subsection 33(2) of the Act during the open season for hunting the particular species of wildlife in the wildlife management zone in which that species is hunted.

15(2)The permit issued under subsection (1) authorizes the holder of a permit to hunt bobcat or fox with no more than three hounds.

15(3)A holder of a permit issued under subsection (1) shall not hunt bobcat or fox with a hound or hounds until the Minister has approved each hound used by the holder of the permit to be appropriate for hunting bobcat or fox.

15(1)Notwithstanding section 13, the Minister may issue a permit to a person who is the holder of a fur harvester’s licence or a minor’s fur harvester’s licence that entitles the holder of the permit to hunt bobcat or fox with a hound or hounds or rabbit (varying hare) with a Swiss hound, a beagle, a basset or a cross-breed between a beagle and a basset during the day in accordance with subsection 33(2) of the Act during the open season for hunting the particular species of wildlife in the wildlife management zone in which that species is hunted.

15(2)The permit issued under subsection (1) authorizes the holder of a permit to hunt bobcat or fox with no more than three hounds.

15(3)A holder of a permit issued under subsection (1) shall not hunt bobcat or fox with a hound or hounds until the Minister has approved each hound used by the holder of the permit to be appropriate for hunting bobcat or fox.
