11(1)The Minister may issue a permit to an association for the purposes of
(a) holding field trials for hounds;
(b) hunting raccoons at night; and
(c) training hounds to hunt raccoon at night.
11(2)Subject to subsection (5), the Minister may withdraw any permit issued under subsection (1).
11(3)The Minister may, upon consideration of all submissions made to him by any person or association affected, revoke a permit issued under subsection (1).
11(4)All submissions made respecting the revocation of a permit issued by the Minister shall be made in writing to the Minister not later than thirty days from the date of posting by the Minister of the written notice required in subsection (5).
11(5)Where the Minister proposes to revoke a permit mentioned in subsection (1), he shall forward by prepaid registered post a notice of such intention to the executive officer of the association affected by the revocation.
