69The Legal Aid Committee, by itself or through designated supervisors, shall have the control and supervision of student legal aid societies established or approved under section 68, together with its members, and may
(a)
determine the functions of a society and its members,
(b)
determine the minimum qualifications of a student for membership in a society and the extent of participation of each member of a society, and
(c)
terminate the participation in the Plan of a member of a society or of a society, either temporarily or permanently.
