2In this Regulation
“applicant” means a person who applies for a legal aid certificate;(requérant)
“certificate” means a legal aid certificate and includes an amended legal aid certificate;(certificat)
“client” means a person holding a valid legal aid certificate;(client)
“Council” means the Council of the Law Society of New Brunswick;(conseil)
“Fund” means the Legal Aid Fund established under subsection 7(1) of the Act;(Fonds)
“Legal Aid Committee” means the standing committee appointed under subsection 2(4) of the Act;(Comité d’aide juridique)
“Plan” means the plan known as Legal Aid New Brunswick established under subsection 2(1) of the Act;(programme)
“Society” Repealed: 90-7
“Solicitor” Repealed: 90-7
