43No person shall move on any highway in the Province any mobile home that does not meet the standards in relation to mobile homes that are set out in CAN/CSA-Z240 MH Series-92, “Mobile Homes”, as prepared by the Canadian Standards Association, including any amendments, additions or deletions made subsequently to it, or any subsequent editions of it.
