42For the purposes of section 121 of the Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council adopts by reference the following symbols shown in Figure B-1 under the heading “Traffic Signals” dated January, 1976, which appears in a publication distributed by the Roads and Transportation Association of Canada entitled “Manual Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Canada, 3rd Edition, January 1976”, as a form of pedestrian control device, namely:
(a)
a symbol for “Don’t Walk” being a hand outline in orange;
(b)
a symbol for “Walk” being a walking pedestrian (lunar white).
