27.02The Registrar shall have a photograph taken of the licensee
(a) at every second renewal of the licence,
(i) when the holder of a Class 1, 2, 3/4 or 4 licence is more than forty-five years old,
(ii) when the holder of a Class 1, 2, 3/4 or 4 licence holds a licence endorsed with a letter B or C in order to drive a school bus, and
(iii) when the holder of a Class 3 licence is more than sixty-five years old,
(a.1) when the previous application for the renewal of a Class 5 licence was made by electronic means, and
(b) in all other cases, each time a licence is renewed.
