7(1)An official testing station operator shall charge and collect from the owner of a vehicle on which an inspection as described in section 6 has been completed an inspection fee as follows:
(a)
for an inspection of a private passenger vehicle, other than a private passenger vehicle that is used to provide vehicle-for-hire services, family motor coach or motor vehicle converted to a family motor coach or similar vehicle, antique vehicle, or commercial vehicle or farm truck with an unladen curb mass of 3Â 000Â kg or less, a fee of $45;
(a.1)
for an inspection of a private passenger vehicle that is used to provide vehicle-for-hire services, a fee of $35;
(b)
for an inspection of a taxicab, a fee of $35;
(c)
for an inspection of a home-made trailer with an assigned or configured gross mass of less than 1Â 500Â kg, a fee of $25;
(d)
for an inspection of a commercial vehicle or farm truck with an unladen curb mass of more than 3Â 000Â kg but less than 3Â 500Â kg, a semi-trailer, trailer or pole trailer with an assigned or configured gross mass of 1Â 500Â kg or more, or a bus with an unladen curb mass of less than 3Â 500Â kg, a fee of $40;
(e)
for an inspection of a bus or a farm truck with an unladen curb mass of 3Â 500Â kg or more, a fee of $65; and
(f)
for an inspection of a truck tractor or commercial vehicle that is not a farm truck, with an unladen curb mass of 3Â 500Â kg or more, a fee of no more than $140.
7(2)Notwithstanding subsection (1), no further fee shall be charged by an official testing station operator when a vehicle to which such operator has issued a certificate of rejection is returned for re-inspection.
7(3)The Registrar shall supply certificates of inspection and certificates of rejection to official testing station operators upon request and payment of a fee of $10 for each certificate of inspection.
7(4)An official testing station operator shall charge a fee of $11 for the replacement of a valid certificate of inspection.

for an inspection of a bus or a farm truck with an unladen curb mass of 3Â 500Â kg or more, a fee of $65; and
(f)
for an inspection of a truck tractor or commercial vehicle that is not a farm truck, with an unladen curb mass of 3Â 500Â kg or more, a fee of no more than $140.

(d)
for an inspection of a bus or a farm truck with an unladen curb mass of 3500Â kilograms or more, a fee of..............$65
(e)
for an inspection of a truck tractor or commercial vehicle that is not a farm truck, with an unladen curb mass of 3500Â kilograms or more, a fee of no greater than..............$140

7(4)An official testing station operator shall charge a fee of eight dollars for the replacement of a valid certificate of inspection.
