9No holder of a broker’s or agent’s licence may sell chicks in the Province unless
(a) they are hatched from breeders which have been approved in accordance with the Hatchery Supply Flock Policy under sections 33 to 44, or
(b) they originated from a hatchery which is satisfactory to the Minister.
