(a) maintain a lifetime record of mortality for the flock,

(b) where the mortality rate exceeds three per cent during the first two weeks of the flock’s life submit a minimum sample of subsequent mortality of twenty chicks to the Provincial Veterinary Laboratory (Fredericton) for testing, and

(c) maintain a record showing the vaccination and medication program of the flock.
