38(1)If the Minister considers it to be in the best interests of the industry, he may require the vaccination of hatchery supply flocks for any disease which he specifies.

38(2)The testing or vaccination for purposes of section 37 or subsection (1) shall be conducted in a manner and with antigens or vaccines approved by the Minister.
