36A flock is eligible to qualify as a hatchery supply flock where
(a)
the premises and equipment of the flockowner are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition satisfactory to an inspector,
(b)
there is no evidence of salmonella pullorum-typhoid, mycoplasma gallisepticum or mycoplasma synoviae as confirmed by laboratory testing in accordance with sections 35 and 38, and
(c)
the flockowner maintains the prescribed records and reports.
