34(1)A flockowner may apply to the Minister on a form provided for this purpose for the designation of a flock as a hatchery supply flock.

34(2)Applications shall be made at least one month prior to the placement of day-old breeders.

34(3)The flockowner shall name all breeds, named strains or strain crosses on the application form and state the name and address of each company supplying breeders to the flockowner.
