31(1)Chicks or hatching eggs seized by an inspector shall not be released until
(a) an inspector is satisfied that the provisions of the Act and this Regulation have been complied with; or
(b) the owner agrees to dispose of the chicks or hatching eggs in a manner satisfactory to the Minister.
31(2)Where an inspector releases chicks or hatching eggs he shall forthwith issue a notice in the prescribed form and shall deliver or mail one copy of the notice to the owner or his duly appointed representative and one copy to the person in possession of the chicks or hatching eggs.
