29(1)In the event of an outbreak or suspected outbreak of any contagious disease, a hatcheryman who operates the hatchery where the outbreak occurs shall immediately report such outbreak to the Minister.

29(2)In this section, “contagious disease” means contagious disease as prescribed by Regulation 134 under the Act.
