(1)
No hatcheryman shall accept hatching eggs for incubation except
(
a
)
those produced by a hatchery supply flock designated pursuant to section 33, or
(
b
)
those originating from hatchery supply flocks that conform to the standards prescribed by paragraphs 36(
a
) and (
b
).

(2)
No hatcheryman shall accept chicks for distribution except
(
a
)
from a hatchery that has a permit, or
(
b
)
from a hatchery satisfactory to the Minister.
