20(1)When requested to do so by an inspector, a hatcheryman shall supply to the inspector samples relating to the hygenic operation of his hatchery for the purposes of laboratory testing.

20(2)When requested to do so by an inspector, a licensed agent or broker shall supply to the inspector, free of any charge, live poultry for the purpose of laboratory examinations.
