Identification documents
4The following government-issued identification documents are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 8(1) of the Act:
(a) a driver’s licence;
(a.1) a Certificate of Indian Status;
(a.2) two pieces of government-issued identification, one of which shall be photo identification;
(b) a passport; or
(c) any other document that contains a person’s name, signature, photograph and date of birth.
