For the purposes of paragraph 40(1)(
c
) of the Act, the requirements that apply to the operator are as follows:
(
a
)
the operator supplies the checks under paragraphs 4(1)(
e
) and (
f
);
(
b
)
the operator supplies the statements of compliance under paragraphs 5(
a
) and (
b
), if applicable;
(
c
)
the operator complies with the child-to-staff ratios calculated under sections 9 and 10, if applicable; and
(
d
)
the operator complies with the requirements under sections 11 and 12.
