Indoor play area materials and equipment
32
(1)
An operator of a licensed facility shall provide indoor play area materials and equipment that are
(
a
)
varied and in sufficient quantity for the number and ages of the children receiving services at the licensed facility,
(
b
)
arranged on low, open shelves and accessible to the children receiving services at the licensed facility,
(
c
)
in compliance with the
Canada Consumer Product Safety Act
(Canada)
and the regulations under that Act, and
(
d
)
clean and in good repair.

(2)
An operator of a licensed facility shall comply with any recalls regarding defective materials and equipment.
