15An applicant for a licence or a licensee shall obtain and maintain insurance that includes the following:
(a)
general liability insurance for the benefit of the operator and staff members; and
(b)
motor vehicle insurance if children receiving services at the licensed facility will be transported in a motor vehicle by or on behalf of the operator.
