Partnership between local entity and non-resident
20If a local entity has entered into a partnership agreement to develop, operate and maintain one or more small-scale generation facilities with a person who is not a resident of the Province and the local entity owns the majority interest and the majority of benefits under the partnership agreement accrues to the local entity, the Corporation may obtain the electricity from renewable resources generated by the small-scale generation facility or facilities, as the case may be, and all of that electricity shall count towards fulfilling the requirement set out in section 14.
