Partnership between Aboriginal business and non-resident
13If an Aboriginal business has entered into a partnership agreement to develop, operate and maintain one or more small-scale generation facilities with a person who is not a resident of the Province and the Aboriginal business owns the majority interest and the majority of benefits under the partnership agreement accrues to the Aboriginal business, the Corporation may obtain the electricity from renewable resources generated by the small-scale generation facility or facilities, as the case may be, and all of that electricity shall count towards fulfilling the requirement set out in section 7.
