91(1)A procuring entity may publish notice of its future procurement plans, and the notice shall
(a)
be published as early as possible in the fiscal year, and
(b)
be posted on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network for a minimum of 35 days and not more than 12 months before the solicitation notice is issued.
91(2)The notice of planned procurement shall include the following information:
(a)
the subject matter of the procurement; and
(b)
the planned date of the publication of the solicitation notice.
