22Elections New Brunswick is exempt from procuring the following goods through the Minister and is not required to procure them through a competitive bidding process:
(a)
specialized stationery used in an electoral district for an election if the procurement is made under the direction of the Chief Electoral Officer; and
(b)
office supplies used in an electoral district for an election if the procurement is made under the direction of the Chief Electoral Officer.
