Procurement set-aside for small businesses
161.2If the Province establishes a procurement set-aside program for small businesses that is fair, open and transparent and does not discriminate on the basis of origin or location of goods, services or prospective suppliers, a procuring entity may restrict all or a portion of a solicitation for submissions to small businesses in accordance with the program.
