Use of standing offer agreement
151(1)A standing offer agreement is valid only for the period indicated in the solicitation documents.
151(2)Only a Schedule A entity, a Schedule B entity, a jurisdiction, a public body or a private organization identified in a standing offer agreement may procure under the agreement.
