Cancellation of a competitive bidding process
126A procuring entity may cancel a competitive bidding process and decline to enter into a procurement contract in any of the following circumstances:
(a)
none of the bid submissions are acceptable;
(b)
the goods or services that were the subject of the competitive bidding process are no longer required; or
(c)
a reason set out in the solicitation documents if the authority to cancel the procurement was disclosed in those documents.
