Rectification of bid submission
116.1If the authority to allow the rectification of a bid submission was disclosed in the solicitation documents and the rectification would not give a prospective supplier an unfair advantage over other prospective suppliers who submitted bids, a procuring entity, in accordance with that authority, may allow the prospective supplier whose bid submission would otherwise be rejected for the reasons set out in subsection 115(1) to rectify the bid submission by the date and time specified in the solicitation documents.
