Limit to confidentiality
108(1)A procuring entity shall take all reasonable measures to preserve the confidentiality of a bid submission received by fax transmission.
108(2)The confidentiality of information contained in a bid submission received by fax transmission is not assured, and the procuring entity shall not be held liable if any such information becomes known inadvertently.
