Determination of appeal
49(1)On the determination of an appeal, the Registrar of the Court of Appeal shall issue the formal judgment of the Court of Appeal, send a copy of the judgment to the parties and to the clerk of the Court of King’s Bench for the judicial district where the appeal was commenced.
49(2)After the determination of an appeal, the Registrar of the Court of Appeal shall return the file of the clerk of the Court of King’s Bench to that clerk’s office and shall return any exhibit to the party who offered it in evidence or advise the party that the exhibit is to be picked up at the office of the Registrar of the Court of Appeal.

49(2)After the determination of an appeal, the Registrar of the Court of Appeal shall return the file of the clerk of the Court of Queen’s Bench to that clerk’s office and shall return any exhibit to the party who offered it in evidence or advise the party that the exhibit is to be picked up at the office of the Registrar of the Court of Appeal.
